This four week group coaching program is designed to help you write the vision for your life and to make it plain. Habakkuk 2:2. Everyone uses the new year as a time to set resolutions, but within three week most have gone back on their old way of living and being. Goals must be written down and set with a time limit.
The key to your success lies in being able to make daily steps toward your goal. You know longer have to struggle with your goals or plan. Live daily and complete the vision for your lifestyle.
This two step program:

2. Make it plain (Daily living)

** 12 week - Esteem and Image Coaching for Teens **$99**
This 12-week coaching teleconference will consist of two "30minute" call per month and focus on issues of Self Esteem and Body Image. These coaching sessions will help teens and tweens develop healthy thoughts around how they think about themselves and their personal body image. I will use my 3,000 plus hours of coaching, mentoring and teaching of character education classes to help teens uncover negative media, peer and social pressures. Teens participate in two group coaching calls a month.
Our tweens and teens are being pressured to fit in. Issues of bullying are at an all time high. This coaching program addresses real life issues to help teens thrive, not just cope with what they are going through
Session includes how to:
Work through and identify healthy and unhealthy issues of self esteem and body image
Identify areas for focus and establish healthy support systems
Develop their own positive ways of how to deal with the pressure of being a teen
Embrace their own creativity and comfort level with who they are
